Hearthworth is a homeowner publication operated by Kestrel Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 1830 Garland Street, Lakewood, CO 80215. References to “Hearthworth,” “we,” “our,” and “us” in this Privacy Policy mean Kestrel Brands, Inc.

Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project scope, and timeline. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and UTM parameters from the marketing campaign that brought you to the page.

How we use it

We use your information to (a) connect you with our matched local provider who can offer a free in-home estimate for your project, (b) verify the integrity of the submission with services such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm, and (c) operate and improve the Hearthworth website.

TrustedForm consent certification

We use ActiveProspect TrustedForm to certify that you provided express written consent to be contacted. TrustedForm records a snapshot of the consent language and your interaction with this form at the time of submission. See the ActiveProspect Privacy Policy for details.

Your rights (all residents)

You may opt out of further contact at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or telling the caller you wish to be removed. You may also request access to or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at the address below.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), including:

• Right to know. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.

• Right to opt out of sharing. Hearthworth does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do share project-inquiry data with the matched local provider necessary to fulfill your free-estimate request. • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA / CPRA rights.
