What about my existing tile, plumbing, and subfloor?
The installer inspects all three at the in-home estimate before quoting. Most homes built after 1985 have plumbing that meets current code and subfloor in good shape. Older homes occasionally need plumbing or subfloor work, which the installer documents in the quote so there are no surprises on install day.
How does the 0% APR financing actually work?

I'm not the homeowner. Can I still get a quote?
Our installer network works directly with property owners on the install contract, so we're only able to send leads to homeowners. If you're a renter planning a future home purchase, the project guides on Hearthworth are free to read in the meantime.
What does the in-home estimate actually involve?
About 45 minutes. The installer measures the space, walks through your bath options (full remodel vs. tub-to-shower vs. safety-bath variants), brings sample tile and fixture finishes, and quotes financing terms specific to your credit profile. You leave with a written quote and no obligation to decide on the spot. Standard 3-day right-of-rescission applies if you do sign.
Will my installer do the work themselves or sub-contract it?
Your installer's own crew does the install. The matched provider isn't a broker. They're the contractor who measures, quotes, and installs. They may use specialized sub-trades for plumbing or electrical permits where state law requires a licensed sub, but the bath build itself is the matched installer's crew. We don't route to lead-flippers.
What if my state isn't covered yet?
We currently route projects to licensed local installers across 47+ states. Coverage gap: FL, OK, and WA. We're working on the licensing and compliance lift for those markets. If your ZIP falls inside the gap, we hold your information and don't forward it until we can serve you.
